Inspirational, innovative and worldly are three words that spring to mind when I think of Alister Lawrence and his outstanding leadership style.  During the ten years I have worked with Alister he has unrelentingly helped others to achieve so they deliver their best results and that is one way he succeeds in building high performance teams.

From working with him on our chosen charity to sponsorships and industry events and our overseas trips programme through to new business ventures, he is constantly driven by success and I have always valued his passion for the business and the wider industry.
