I have known Alister for close on 25 years, both in a professional and personal capacity, and have always found him to be extremely professional and accommodating.

Hydroflow Distributors Ltd being a supplier to the plumbing industry, has had many business dealings with Alister in his role as CEO of NZPM, and I can say he is very personable and approachable.

Alister has always been able to recognise business opportunities, such was his initiative to expand Patton Refrigeration internationally, now a very successful business for NZPM and its Shareholders.

Alister is not only articulate, but commanding and forceful when necessary. Alister’s biggest asset is the respect he has from his peers and employees and I believe him to be a great CEO.

Outside of business he has always showed a willingness to participate and support both the local communities and charities, this was shown by him heading the Plumbing Industry Charitable Trust, successfully raising large sums for very worthwhile causes such as Youth Suicide.
