I have known Alister for around 14 years in a business and friendship capacity, when he was firstly CEO of Englefields / Kohler Australasia, and then subsequently in his capacity as CEO of Plumbing World and NZPM Group.

When I first met Alister at Englefield, he passed on helpful business advice on how to lead companies. His advice particularly around empowering people, was hugely beneficial to our company in the formative stages as we transformed into a multinational group.

I rate Alister as one of the industry Leaders and Visionaries, and I hope that his experience and nous will not be lost to the plumbing and building sector.
